Wheels are chemically stripped in a hot chemical stripping machine taking them back to the bare metal.   Rim damage caused by kerbs etc. is polished out on our lathe, wheels further prepared by hand then primed with a powder coat primer and baked at high temperature in the gas oven, we next paint the wheels and back into the oven, at this stage we can then offer the option of machine polished diamond cut face and rim back to the manufacturers original specification and finally finish off with a  coat of  laquer which is again baked on, so your complete wheel is refurbished as good or better than new.
